Schlumberger is a leading oilfield services provider and employs over 100,000 people around the world. DrillOps is an internal employee software suite that allows workers to monitor rig operations. My team was tasked with optimizing the software for new devices and domain-based use cases. By performing in-depth user research of company employees, my team and I synthesized actionable design objectives and ultimately delivered high fidelity mockups and a working prototype of key application screens. We also produced design documentation to help Schlumberger inform their designs going forward.
